Privacy

This notice describes how we process personal data when you use this website. We keep collection to what is needed to respond when you contact us.

Who is responsible

The operator identified on our legal notice is responsible for this site under applicable data protection law.

What personal data we process

Messages via the contact form

When you use the contact form, you send us your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use this information solely to read your enquiry and reply to you. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps at your request prior to a possible contract) and, where applicable, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in handling correspondence about our services).

Submissions are delivered to us by email. Our email provider processes the data on our behalf as a service provider and only to transmit and deliver the message. We do not sell personal data and do not use your contact details for unrelated marketing unless we separately obtain your consent.

We retain messages for as long as needed to complete our conversation and to meet legal or statutory retention obligations (for example tax or commercial law where relevant). After that, we delete them as part of our usual housekeeping unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Draft saved in your browser

If JavaScript is enabled, the contact page may save an unfinished draft of your form fields in your browser's local storage on your device only. We do not receive that draft until you submit the form. You can clear it by sending the message or clearing site data for this website in your browser settings.

Visiting the website

Like any website, delivering pages involves technical processing by servers and network providers (for example to establish a connection and ensure security). We do not operate analytics or advertising pixels on this site in its current form, and we do not use cookies for tracking or profiling.

Cookies

We do not use cookies on this website in its current form. If that changes, we will update this notice before introducing them.

Your rights

Where the GDPR applies, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection (where we rely on legitimate interests), and data portability in the cases provided by law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state of your habitual residence, place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement.

Changes

We may update this page when our practices or legal requirements change. The version on this site at the time of your visit applies.
